A monthly space for reflective writing and presence.
Seats: RM45 (introductory rate) · Limited to 25 people
Pause Together is a 45–60-minute group practice of reflective writing.
Writing is the centre of the session. Mindfulness, breath, and listening with others gently support the practice, but the words you put on the page are the heart of it.
This space is for anyone who wants to notice what they’re carrying, express it safely, and leave feeling lighter and more resourced.

I created Pause Together because there is power in writing reflectively—
in seeing ourselves in our words, in growing through what we find.
Self-awareness is the light within that requires nurturing. To help it glow brighter, we have to keep returning to it through our attention. And when this light grows, it helps guide us, light the way in darkness, and illuminate answers.
People who write, journal, or want guidance in starting
People who have no space to put what they’re carrying
Anyone wanting a safe, structured place to pause and reflect
Those already drawn to wellness practices like yoga or mindfulness
Those looking for self-care practices in between therapy sessions
Anyone ready to meet their inner world

“The class helped me process all the thoughts and feelings that were jumbled up and messy in my head. I came out feeling a little less heavy, and more understanding of myself.” – J
“I love the class. It was a much needed session to pause. I felt more light with all the exercises to process my emotions and bring fresh perspectives. Loved it!” – A
“Beautiful session. Wonderful to take time out of the day to quietly reflect. Writing helps access a lot of the subconscious thoughts I ruminate on. Great reminder to use writing as a tool to process thoughts and emotions. Left feeling at peace and calm. Warm, inclusive, and inviting environment.” – A
“I enjoyed the breathing exercises and the space given to be able to write and express how I feel. Being put in a situation where you are guided on how to start writing helps for someone who generally is not good at putting thoughts into words.” – A
